By accessing or using PropStays ("we," "our," "us"), including our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including property owners, property managers, tenants, and guests. By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Details are available on our Pricing page. All subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees incurred. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on the Platform ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant PropStays a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable laws

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property rights, and limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropStays and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your data

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from the Platform will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Platform will be corrected
• The Platform will meet your specific requirements

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PropStays and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
